The Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to conduct the trial pending before the learned Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level) in P.R.C.No.19 of 2014 for committal and to complete the trial within three months before the Additional District and Sessions Communal Clash Cases https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Madurai, based on the petition filed by the petitioner, dated 08.06.2015.

2. The prayer sought for by the petitioner, cannot be entertained in a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, because the prayer will not fall within the purview of Writ Jurisdiction. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
