ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR dated 14.04.2018 in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed on 19.05.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
