This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent, not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the money dispute, forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to the money dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that in this case, based on the complaint given by the one Madasamy against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, the same has been closed on 01.08.2016. Thereafter there is no petition or FIR is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police. Since, no petition is pending against the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
