This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the no objection certificate (NOC) to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name of Honey DEW SPAS at 2nd Floor, Multi Functional Complaex, West Velivethi, Near Madurai Railway Junction, Madurai, based on the representation, dated 11.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is running Honey Dew Spas, Madurai. While so, seeking no objection certificate from the respondents, the petitioner sent the representation dated 11.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent the representation, dated 11.03.2025. But at the time of applying the NOC, 2/5
the petitioner has not even included his educational certificate and other relevant certificates. Therefore, they are unable to proceed with the petitioner's request. If the petitioner produces the appropriate records, then they will consider the representation, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and produce all the relevant records and therefore, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue appropriate certificates based on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 24.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
