To Suspend the sentence imposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District in S.C.No.310 of 2017 dated 04.09.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending the disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal.
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.310 of 2017 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 04.09.2024 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.1236 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 05.12.2025.
4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
