Order : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai vide the letter in D.No.785/2015 dated 23.02.2018 appeared of Mr.K.C.MANIYARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.A.V.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the Respondents No.1 and 2 and Mrs.S.

BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, this court made the following order:- By order dated 09.11.2017, in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.12 of 2017, this Court had directed the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.1 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Trial Judge, Pudukottai, has sent a communication dated 23.02.2018 seeking three months extension of time on the ground that some more witnesses have to be examined. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accepting the request, further time of three months is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for completing the trial in C.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.
