ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.7 of 2017 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District and quash the same as against these petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that Charge Sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukottai on 31.01.2018 and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.117 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. 3.In view of the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
