ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is accused No.5. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 302, 120(b), 109 and 149 of IPC in Crime No. 2104 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 302, 120(b), 109 and 149 of IPC. The petitioner has been shown as A-5. Since he did not appear during committal proceedings, non bailable warrant was issued on 04.10.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner would appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. Recording the said undertaking, this Court grants bail to the petitioner.
