ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to make enrolment as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Pudhuchery, based on his application No.2034 and the representation dated 30.06.2015 and in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.1114 of 2015 dated 13.02.2015. 2.Though the petitioner has sought for the relief as above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 30.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the respondent.

3.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the respondent is directed to verify the nature of the complaint made by the petitioner and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 on its own merit and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law.
