RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for his surrender by another 15 days in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.6281 of 2020 dated 16/06/2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 16.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6281 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
