ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents points out that patta in respect of the petition mentioned land stands in the name of one P.S. Bio Fuels Private Limited.
3. The petitioner is given liberty to challenge the patta by filing an appropriate appeal before the first respondent. If any appeal is filed within a period of four (4) weeks from today, it shall be entertained without any reference to limitation. Notice shall be issued to the incumbent pattadhar. The first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer shall conduct an enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months thereafter.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
