ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1483 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025.

2. Mr.V. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1483 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025 is modified and the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners shall also appear before the respondent-police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions shall hold good.
