ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.950 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai.

2. Mr.M.Iniyavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as daily wages and due to financial difficulty, he could not 1/3

arrange sureties and hence, he was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 08.04.2025 as far as this petitioner is concerned to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.950 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025. sd/- 25.03.2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
