ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the land in S.No.38, New Survey No.150/22, the respondents 3 and 4 were doing problem by drinking liquor at night times in the said land. So when the petitioner questioned the 3rd and 4th respondents, that there are ladies in the neighbourhood why they are doing such annoying activities, they threatened him and his family members with deadly weapons to kill. Hence, he filed this present Criminal Original Petition.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), based upon the complaint given by the petitioner herein, case was registered on 26.04.2021 and the enquiry is underway. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to conclude the enquiry and take action within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
