This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.36 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) has submitted that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the FIR, after due enquiry and hence, nothing survives for the petitioner to adjudicate the case.

4. Reocrding the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
