This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.221 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirupuvanam within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate(Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
