Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2024 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.110 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has also admitted the same.
