O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in pursuant to the receipt in C.S.R.No.687/2021, dated 21.10.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued CSR.No.687/2021 by the second respondent. Thereafter, it was enquired after issuance of notice to the counter party and the same was closed on 26.01.2022 itself.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law.
