O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the disposal of his application pending with the second respondent. The petitioner has sought for cancellation of patta issued to third parties vide revision in G5/2247735/2024 before the second respondent and the same is pending. In fact, even according to the petitioner, the District Revenue Officer posted the matter for enquiry on 06.06.2025.

2.In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application for cancellation of patta, after holding an enquiry with the parties concerned, giving them due opportunity and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from 06.06.2025.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
