To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment and conviction imposed by the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest Depositors(In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Madurai) in C.C.No.6 of 2011 vide judgment dated 04.03.2022 and set aside the same by acquitting the appellants. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7810 of 2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.5498 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3509 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.218 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.5290 of 2023 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail and that the petitioner is working as a Government Doctor in Thiruvannamalai.

3.The above submissions are admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from April 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
