CRL MP(MD) No.5290 of 2023 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail and that the petitioner is working as a Government Doctor in Thiruvannamalai.
3.The above submissions are admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from April 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
