ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.656 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same in respect of the petitioners as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, as 'further action dropped'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this 2/4
