PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order of suspension passed by him in his proceedings in Pa.Aa.No.33/2020 Na.Ka.No.218/A/2020, dated 10.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revoke the order of suspension in the light of the judgment passed by the Honourable Apex Court in Ajaykumar Chowdhary Vs.Union of India as well as Government Letter dated 23.07.2015, based on the petitioner's representation to the respondents, dated 25.01.2020 submitted in person, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 10.01.2020.

W.P(MD) No.8789 of 2021 enquiry was contemplated as against the petitioner and an order of punishment of stoppage of increment for two years has been imposed on the petitioner, thereby the order of suspension was revoked. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that after enquiry, punishment of stoppage of increment for two years has been imposed on the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as no further order is required.
