ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to forbear from unlawfully dumping garbage on the petitioner's patta land in Survey No. 188/8, Ilayangudi Village, 2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.02.2026 calling upon the respondents to remove the garbage collected from public places, which has been dumped on his patta land, and to refrain from dumping garbage there in future. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered and that the respondents continue to dump garbage on the petitioner's land.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that steps are being taken to remove the garbage from the petitioner's land and also produced photographs in this regard.

4.The said submission is placed on record.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to remove the garbage dumped on the petitioner's patta land in Survey No. 188/8 within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and to refrain from dumping garbage on the petitioner's land in future.
