ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w. 34 IPC in Crime Nos.4 and 5 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

amicably resolved and they have filed a compromise memo before this Court, seeking to close the First Information Reports in Crime Nos.4 and 5 of 2018. Since the issue itself is resolved, the respondents is directed to close the First Information Reports in Crime Nos.4 and 5 of 2018, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said closure report shall be filed before the Judicial Magistrate within two weeks, thereafter. Since a direction has been given for closing these First Information Reports itself, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail. These Criminal Original Petitions are ordered accordingly.
