Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 25.02.2024 and consequently to make necessary entry in the online portal in respect of property comprised in Survey Nos.567/23, 567/21, 567/24, 567/20 and 567/22 respectively which are situated at Mandaiyur village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the Assignment order of D Namuna vide, Ni.Mu.Ni.Aa/206/1415 dated 05.04.2006 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. Heard both sides.

2.The case of the writ petitioners is that while their names are found in the manual patta, in the computer patta, their names have not been reflected. They want this discrepancy to be rectified. They have given application in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and do the needful within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
