ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No. 116 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. One Saravanan is the defacto complainant. On account of a property dispute, the occurrence has taken place. The victim was hit on head with an iron rod. The injured is still in hospital.
4. Taken into account, the nature of attack, this Court is of the view that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
