Respondent/Respondent Prayer in CRL MP(MD).No.3584 of 2020 :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to Extend the time granted in condition(b) of the order passed by this Honourable Court to deposit a sum of Rs.25000/- in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.117 of 2019 dated 05/04/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No.117 of 2019 :- Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 04.12.2018 made in Cr.M.P.No.5972 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Karur, and set aside the same as illegal and entrust the custody of the vehicle namely JCB Earth Moving Equipment beaing Registration No.TN 57 AE 9677 to the petitioner and allow the above revision petition.

CRL MP(MD). No.3584 of 2020 earlier order dated 05.04.2019, passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL RC(MD)No.117 of 2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Seenisulthan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs.Anandha Devi, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time granted in condition (b) of the order passed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.117 of 2019, dated 05.04.2019.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to the lock down, the petitioner was not able to deposit the amount within one week as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.117 of 2019, dated 05.04.2019 and prayed the time to be extended.

3. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection.

4. Hence, this petition is allowed and further period of one month is granted for depositing the amount before the concerned Magistrate.
