Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as null and void and direct the respondents to reduce/remission tax for our vacant buildings bearing Door Nos.2-67/1 from the year 2020 onwards Colachel Municipality.
