O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 18.03.2024 and 25.02.2025 and conclude the enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, one Suresh approached the petitioner for securing job to the petitioner and based on his words, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.8.33 lakhs to the said Suresh and thereafter, the said Suresh neither secured job to the petitioner nor repaid the amount, thereby, the petitioner lodged a complaints dated 18.03.2024, but the same was not considered and again he sent the representation dated 25.02.2025, and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, the respondent police conducted enquiry and thereafter, the said Suresh and one Dheenadhayalan each paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- 2/5

to the petitioner and thereafter, they have not paid any amount. However, the petitioner's representation is under consideration, for which enquiry will be conducted and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and take appropriate action, within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 24.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
