Respondent/Respondent/Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 r/w Section 401 of Cr.P.C. to call for records and set aside the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court on or before 3 weeks from the date of order to suspend the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Palani in S.T.C.No.16 of 2014, dated 03.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.63 of 2017 in C.A.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul, dated 24.01.2017.

ORDER

The Criminal Revision case is filed to call for records and set aside the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court on or before 3 weeks from 24.01.2017 to suspend the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Palani in S.T.C.No.16 of 2014, dated 03.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.63 of 2017 in C.A.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul, dated 24.01.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner present and heard. Now, the petitioner has challenged the time stipulation of 3 weeks to comply the condition of deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- which has been ordered on 24.01.2017 by the lower Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the criminal revision is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to comply the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

equal installments. The first installment shall be paid on or before 15.03.2017 and second installment shall be paid on or before 15.04.2017. Thereafter, the Trial Court is directed to consider the execution of bail order. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
