The petitioner seeks production of the person of her husband, namely, Chokkalingam, S/o.Ramanathan, aged about 43 years.

According to the petitioner, her husband went missing on 11.04.2022 and a case of man missing was registered in Crime No.26 of 2022 with the respondent police. H.C.P.(MD) No.610 of 2022 both the petitioner and her husband went in a car, which was driven by the husband. Unable to bear the torture of the petitioner, he parked the car in the middle of the road and ran away. 3.In view of the above, it is not a case of illegal custody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
