ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 01.07.2014 for removing the encroachment found in No.17 of pathway as described in the plan of the third respondent and to direct the fifth respondent to measure the petitioners land in patta Nos.16 and 19.

2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioners dated 01.07.2014 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
