ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2013 in accordance with law within the time frame.

2.Mr.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner that was given with the request for seeking permission to set right the elevated portion of the western side of the said Kanmai, which was demolished by one Sivalingam, is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for 2nd the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.07.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
