RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that instead of executing of two sureties for each petitioners may be modified as two common sureties for all the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8878 of 2018 dated 30/05/2018 to execute common sureties for all the petitioners and thus render justice.
