ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC in Crime No.768 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) would submit that the respondent after completing the investigation has laid the final report in P.R.C.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandharvakottai and that the learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons to all the accused including the petitioner herein.

3.Since the summons is pending against the petitioner, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the concerned Magistrate and if required, he shall execute a bond as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandharvakottai. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
