PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to give proper police protection to the petitioner's and her husband's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09/04/2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give proper police protection to the petitioner's and her husband's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09/04/2022.

2. The petitioner got married with the maternal uncle and after some he met with an accident and died. After his demise, the family members have compelled her to marry other relative who is a widower https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7510 of 2022 having two children. But she is not interested to marry her and she fell in love with one DineshKumar and they got married on 04.04.2022. Therefore the respondents 4 to 8 threatened her and forced her to transfer the house and the said compensation to their name, therefore the petitioner has lodged complaint and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
