This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, to direct the1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.01.2021 and to take necessary action within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is seeking to take action against the 4th respondent for illegal activities. This Court without expressing any opinion is directing the 2/5

official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation. However, before considering the petitioner's representation, the official respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, thereafter, consider and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
