ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner as per the representation dated 21.04.2015. 2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Advocate took notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.It is stated by the petitioner that she married one Durairengan in the year 2002. Due to the wedlock, they were blessed with a female child on 08.12.2003. The name of the female child is Vishnupriya. On 05.03.2015, the husband of the petitioner, who was working in Southern Railways, died due to heart attack, while in service. In order to get a legal heirship certificate, the petitioner made a representation on 21.04.2015 before the 2nd respondent. Again on 08.06.2015, the petitioner made another representation to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent, who in turn, vide communication dated 12.06.2015, forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent for taking necessary action. However, till date the 2nd respondent has not issued legal heirship certificate to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.Considering the submission made on either side, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015 for issuance of legal heirship certificate, in the light of the communication dated 12.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
