ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the bail conditions imposed in the order dated 05.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21988 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police 15 days once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 17.03.2026 sbn 2/4
