This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report registered in Crime No.11 of 2020 investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed on 23.01.2020 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to file an application to quash the charge sheet, if necessary.
