ORDER

The Criminal Revision case is filed to call for records pertaining to the order passed on 02.02.2017 in Cr.M.P.No.3567 of 2016 in Crime No.31 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner present and heard.

3. There is no ground in admitting this criminal revision petition, since the reasons stated by the petitioner have already been considered by the Trial Court Judge.

4. Now, the criminal case against the petitioner is pending and under investigation. The respondent police is directed to file charge sheet on completion of investigation in Crime No.31 of 2016 on the file of first respondent police, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
