This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to include Section 307 of I.P.C. in the F.I.R. pending in Crime No.287 of 2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that a final report has already been filed by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.12 of 2017. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition.
