ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 29.01.2021 and on the basis of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.74 of 2013 dated 08.01.2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6076 of 2021 in pursuance of the decree passed in the aforesaid suit after that an appeal suit in A.S.(MD)No.97 of 2020 has been filed by the third and fourth respondents herein before this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The parties are directed to workout their remedies in the appeal suit. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
