RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 6702 of 2020, dated 26.02.2020 and pass further orders as such deem fit of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 26.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6702 of 2020, directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand only] in favour of the Dean, Government Hospital, Karur, on or before 07.07.2020. According to the petitioners, they have received the order copy from their counsel only on 07.07.2020 and sent a demand draft on 08.07.2020 and to reach the hospital, there was a delay of one day, due to which, they were unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, within the prescribed time. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6702 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
