ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3365 of 2026 dated 16.02.2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.17226 of 2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
