This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nalakottai, in Crime No.243 of 2016 pending investigation.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) are present and heard. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that FIR has been already registered in Crime No.243 of 2016 and the investigation is pending.
