Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the second respondent police in Crime No.52 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had deposited a sum of Rs.3,30,000/- into the account of one person. The said person, in turn, made several transactions to various persons, and a sum of Rs.914/- was credited to the account of the company in which the petitioner is one of the Directors. Therefore, it is alleged that the petitioner has committed the offence. Hence, the case was registered for the above alleged offence.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and that he has nothing 2/5

to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that interstate anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to approach the appropriate jurisdictional Court in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and seek necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable him to move the concerned Court.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Court in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and seek 3/5

appropriate relief.
