This writ petition has been filed against the proceedings of the first respondent made in DII/TUT/Ganesh Raja/76/2015 dated 03.08.2015.
2. The affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioner dated 01.08.2018 is taken on record. As per the affidavit of undertaking, the petitioner is willing to pay a cost in respect of the land to an extent of 2.5 acres to the respondents within a period of six months.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the cost of the land is Rs.14,00,000/- per acre and further submit that if the petitioner deposits a total sum of Rs.30,00,000/-, the respondents are willing to re-allot the land in favour of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
(i) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- in two equal installments within a period of four months. (ii) On such deposit, the respondents are directed to reallot 2.5 acres of land, in favour of the petitioner, which is in possession of the petitioner.
(iii) The petitioner shall comply with the conditions of allotment, such as putting up constructions within a period of six months, failing which, it is open to the respondents to take action in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
