2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Survey was already conducted on 21.03.2023.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index :
