O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to serve the closure report in Crime No.13 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police as well as in the light of order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6376 of 2016, on the file of this Court dated 20.04.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the copy of the closure report has already been served to the petitioner, but the same has been served only after filing this petition and hence, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the respondent police to file a closure report in Crime No.13 of 2010 before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jurisdictional Magistrate Court forthwith and the Magistrate concerned is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
